The 5 Stages experience is a powerful self-healing practice.
The class offers gentle, mindful, self-healing movement as you are guided through five stages of human development – embryonic, creeping, crawling, standing and walking.
This class will focus on Breathe as the initiator of our movement.
Working on a physical and energetic level, it allows you to release, re-align and energise – leaving you feeling better and with a healing-support tool to use anytime in your daily life.
Join Nicci (Nia Black Belt teacher and 5 Stages class facilitator) for an exploration into this powerful work for body and mind. You will leave feeling better (the art of self-healing) and have a healing-support tool to use anytime you need in your daily life!
